We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Technical Support Team, working on both Electrolube and AF brands. The successful candidate will ideally have a degree in Chemistry or have a scientific background, possess good communication and organisational skills and be driven and self-motivated, working either individually or as part of a team. The role will involve offering product and application support for the Global Sales Team covering a wide range of technical problems and requirements, often summarising with product suggestions. Management of multiple pieces of information and data, constructing answers for others and putting technical information into an understandable and easily read format are part of the everyday tasks. The role also involves interacting directly with end users and as joint visits to key customers may also be necessary, some commercial awareness is also required.
